2026 ECRA Haunted Harvest Tournament

Dates: October 23-24, 2026
Location: Harbor Tavern, 306 Harbor Blvd, Destin, FL

Join us for the Emerald Coast Reef Association’s 3rd annual Haunted Harvest Tournament, featuring Hook and Line and Spearfishing categories.

Entry: $125 ECRA non-members, $100 ECRA members

               *Entry includes t-shirt, participant swag bag and helps build more reefs!

Tournament Schedule

• Friday, October 23, 2026 – Diving & fishing from sunrise to sunset

• Saturday, October 24, 2026 – Diving & fishing from sunrise; weigh-in line closes at 6:00 pm

• Weigh Station: 4:00–6:00 pm at Harbor Tavern

• Awards & Raffle: ~6:30 pm

Eligible Species

• Slipper Lobster

• Spiny Lobster

• Lionfish

• Red Snapper (separate spear and hook & line categories)

All harvests must follow federal, state, and local laws. No shared catches or pre-caught/frozen entries.

Scoring & Prizes

• Heaviest Lobster & Red Snapper (measured by weight)

• Longest Lionfish (measured by length) 

• Cash Prizes:

  • 1st Place: $500

  • 2nd Place: $300

  • 3rd Place: $100
    (per category)

Quick Rules & Safety

• Captains/participants are responsible for their own safety.

• Lobsters with eggs or spear-caught lobsters are not allowed.

• Fish do not need to be gutted.

• All entries must be whole and kept on ice.

• Decisions of the weighmaster and tournament committee are final.​
