About ECRA

The Emerald Coast Reef Association (ECRA) was founded in 2004 to educate the public in the location, ecology and value of natural and artificial reefs in the offshore waters of the Florida Panhandle. While ECRA has evolved since it's inception, the primary function of the organization remains - promoting and assisting with the preservation and improvement of marine resources in Okaloosa County.
