Any suggestion is appreciated.

Trolling with tube rigs inshore or offshore in the gulf or bay near bridges and especially birds crashing. Hooking up 4 on one rig is not unheard of. Also, troll stretch 25's or small feathers... about anything meant to troll thats not more than 1/3 their size basically works.
They will take small spoons, gotcha lures, yo-Zuri plugs.... they're one of the least difficult to entice to bite. Just eat them the day you catch them, as their flavor drops off considerably after freezing etc. Common over artificial reefs in the spring and summer and near the bridges and jetties.
I have a friend that caught 30+ this weekend off of a bridge.

I have also had great luck with the Clarkspoons Mackeral Tree rigs (also called tube rigs). Slow trolling about 4 mph will usually work. Ideally, I like to add a weight before the rig to keep it deeper under the water. I usually fish outside the sandbars not far from the beach usually 15-25 ft of water.

Thanks guys, I haven't had a chance to try any fishing due to a break down on our fish trip of the year. But hopefully I will get to do some fishing early this week before I have to leave for a month.
