Very nice! If a spiny population near Destin is the result of global warming, I'm all for it.

Hell if the temp on Sunday is the result of global warming I am all for it ... we came home at 40 mph in t shirts and flip flops, the only thing cold was the beer. It was a beautiful day.

Subdude,

Many of you may not know it but Subdude is a FANTASTIC cook!

How about some of your famous recipes to go along with the photo's?

You are too kind Candy but since you asked ...

Almost everything I make is off the cuff, here are 2 recipes that I do follow for the most part ...

smoked fish dip ...

2 cups smoked fish
1 cup mayo
2 tblsp cheap yellow mustard (I use 1 of yellow 1 of brown)
2 tblsp chopped celery
2 tblsp chopped onion
2 tblsp chopped parsley (secret hint, use cilantro instead and for Heavens sake don't tell anyone;))
2 cloves garlic ... I use 4 or 6
dash of WHITE Worcestershire
dash hot sauce
Tony's or Paul Prudhomes sprinkled on top to taste

Mix it all up and refrigerate for at least an hour, overnight is better. This has become a requirement for all post dive beer drinking while heading north!

I use garlic powder and lemon pepper instead of the rub he recommends ... see I told you I don't follow recipes! Ohh and I cook mine on a Primo Oval XL not an egg (http://www.primogrill.com/, http://primogrillforum.com/).
