It turned out to be a pretty good trip despite the lack of diving. I highly recommend at least that Sandals resort. Worth every penny.

I was in Jamaica at a Sandals resort last month and hoped to do some diving. When I went to sign up, I stupidly put down that I had a diving accident years ago. As soon as they saw that, I was told I had to have a release from my doctor. I actually managed to get in touch with my doc but she said she hadn't seen me in several months so no way she would sign a release.

So, I spent a week in divers paradise and only got to go snorkeling once. :rolleyes:

Moral of the story is, honesty is NEVER the best policy!

Stone and I went to the Bahama's and forgot our dive cards. :eek: Lucky for us, Stone had scanned them into our Computer many years ago and we had our laptop with us.

I would have been royally ticked if we hadn't been able to dive on a dive vacation!
