I've got a Minn Kota Power Drive V2 trolling motor on my Carolina skiff. It wasn't designed for saltwater but I was talked into buying it anyways by a salesman at BPS awhile ago. Anyways, I've gone thru several foot pedal controls and now the motor itself is pretty much done. It wants to keep turning left even when the footpedal isn't connected.
So, I finally coughed up the cash for a Motor Guide saltwater motor.
If anyone wants my Minn Kota either as a project or for parts, just let me know.
