Please click on the attached link to read what is going on with the SOS plan. While private recreational fishermen have relaxed, the members of the SOS movement have been quietly organizing to capture the majority of the Recreational Total Allowable Catch.(TAC)

Below is a copy of a letter from Mike Lilly to the webmaster instructing them to remove his name because he never joined their movement. This leaves the validity of their entire list suspect in my mind. However, the fact that they have organized to this point should give pause to private anglers because if they accomplish their goals, the TAC for millions of recreational fishermen will be almost non-existant. (51% Commercial, 30% Charter, 19% for Millions of private anglers.)
